1️⃣ How much time do I need to commit each week?
If you’re serious about becoming the man God has called you to be, you’ll find the time. Most men in the Brotherhood commit around 3–5 hours a week — between our calls, workouts, and personal growth. That’s not much when you think about what’s at stake: your faith, your family, and your future.
This isn’t about squeezing it in when it’s convenient. It’s about finally putting first things first.
2️⃣ Do I need to already be in shape or have strong faith to join?
No, brother. You don’t need to have it all together. That’s exactly why this group exists. Whether you’re struggling spiritually, out of shape, or feel like you’re failing at home, what matters is that you’re willing to take responsibility and do the work.
You don’t have to show up perfect...but you do have to show up hungry.
3️⃣ What if I’ve tried programs like this before and nothing worked?
Here’s the difference...Most programs just give you information. This one gives you transformation.
It’s not just a plan on paper. It’s a brotherhood that won’t let you quit. You’ll have real accountability, real connection, and a proven system to follow.
If you’re coachable, honest, and consistent, you will see results. If you keep trying to do it alone, and making excuses well, nothing will change.
4️⃣ What if my wife or family isn’t fully on board yet?
You’re not just doing this for you... you’re doing it for them.
When you lead yourself well, everyone around you benefits. Your wife WANTS a man she can count on. Your kids need a father they can look up to.
If they don’t understand yet, that’s okay. Once they see the man you’re becoming, they’ll thank you for making this decision.
5️⃣ What if I travel a lot or have a crazy schedule?
Good! That means you’re already a man with responsibility. The Brotherhood is built for busy men. Everything is flexible enough to fit your life but structured enough to keep you on track.
Many of the men in the group are entrepreneurs, executives, or work odd hours ... and yet they make it work because they stop letting “busy” be an excuse.
6️⃣ How is this different from just going to church or hiring a trainer?
Going to church is great! But, it's usually not Sunday, at church that's the problem... it's the lack of accountability and structure in most of these mens lives Monday through Saturday. Hiring a trainer is fine too I was in the fitness space for over a decade and am a big fan of trainers...but building a body WITHOUT building your spirit and leadership is empty.
The Brotherhood addresses all of you: your faith, your fitness, your mindset, and your leadership... with a BROTHERHOOD of men to walk it out with you.
This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about becoming the man you were meant to be.
